Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she quit the sport of gymnastics. After a year, she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16, when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her professional license to continue the education. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectation. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. The first step is warming up before going on to working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week one day being lightweight day, as well as the second heavier weight day.
